There is so much need in the world today that compassion fatigue has become 'a thing'. There is an ancient text however, that tells us not to get weary in well-doing. One of the best ways to avoid the fatigue, is to be part of a community of 'do-gooders'.
One of our primary goals at Seek First is to connect you with others, so that when someone is 'down', there are others alongside to fill in the gaps and help the other up. Compassion is not a solo gig. The first three letters of compassion are a key part of other words and phrases we are all familiar with. Company. Community. Common good.
